So I left my husband and child for 10 days to visit my family in Australia.
It was a wonderful trip, and James and John survived without me (for the most part!).
My brother flew down as well, so it was a great opportunity to catch up.

James consoled himself with Legos while I was away. I got a big smile and hug from Jamo at the airport upon my return, and roses from John, along with the following statement: 'If the purpose of your trip was to prove to me how hard it is to take care of James by myself, mission accomplished!'
Hah! Poor John. Must be nice to be so missed! Glad you had a nice trip.
